Counting the Cost and Trusting in Him

So ive come to the truth that God speaks to me through revelation in this time of my life. Mostly when im reading something, which comes to a bit of a frustration because i probably would have read more often. But its good because i know im hearing God and He is speaking to me as i go through MANY trials. Prov. 3:5 says "Trust the Lord with all our heart and lean not on your own understanding." So I've been reading 'Extravigant Worship' by Darlene Zscheck and it is really teaching me alot about not only musical worship but my life in God and hearing his voice and just walking with Him. But i put this book down for a day because i have been really batteling a situation in my life and couldnt concentrate too much. Its just a thing i have. Even though God has given me a word about this situation i still have let the devil lie to me about it.
